Still extremely sore. Today is Thursday. Just sitting hear I'm distracted by the physical ache of my shoulder. Shot location is very tender/painful to the touch. Muscle down by elbow aches some too. Took Tylenol at least twice yesterday and again today. Feeling nauseous too. Going to bed early. Hard to sleep when I'm always aware of the pain no matter how I lay down. I do move and use my arm hoping that will help. Hope it is better soon.
