Another frustrating hearing environment is the nail salon. The manicure person doesn't seem to understand that just because I can talk fine doesn't mean I can hear. And I tell them I'm Deaf. I muddle along but wish they could clearly understand. I don't tend to go alone just because that is a frustrating environment.
